We made the trip to GYG race circuit in Wales for the annual Dragon Masters meeting. The format includes qualifying and a heat on Saturday and two more heats and a final on Sunday. The weather was changable all weekend, which mean't constant set up and tyre changes. It was also Jack's first race at GYG and the weekend promised to help build more race experience.
Sat practice: Jack was trying hard to learn the circuit and deal with the difficult conditions.
Qualifying: Due to the unpredictable weather and a great qualifying lap in wet conditions, Jack qualified in 6th place and surprised himself to be that far up the grid with well over 20 competitors. Well done Jack.
